The 16 Personality Types
In the most widely accepted personality model, there are sixteen different personality types - each type containing it's own set of charactoristics. Individuals belonging to each group tend to share similar personality traits, but this does not mean that they're not still individuals! This model simply gives us an idea of where different people tend to fall on different scales of traits, but no two people are identical.
Each personality type is designated by four letters:
E/I - Extraverted or Intraverted
N/S - iNtroverted or Sensing
F/T - Feeling or Thinking
P/J - Perceiving or Judging

ISFJ - The Nurturers
ESFJ - The Caregivers
ISTP - The Mechanics
ESTP - The Doers
